Delivery & Returns
Due to the precious nature of our products we want to ensure they reach you securely and safely. We therefore send all orders over £50 via signed for delivery. Please ensure someone is able to sign for your package at the delivery address.
We will send you a confirmation email once your package has been dispatched with details to track its progress.
Standard delivery within 5-7 working days (UK) - £4.95
Orders £50 and under
Signed for delivery within 5-7 working days (UK) - £7.95
Orders over £50
International signed for delivery within 7-10 working days - £9.95
A signature is required. International orders over £500 will be sent via private courier, delivery date can be specified.
All taxes are included in our prices which are in GB Pounds. You can choose to view prices in an alternative currency based on current exchange rates, via the header area. Please note however that this is for your guidance only. You will be charged in GB Pounds and the actual amount you pay will be determined by the exchange rate your card issuer applies to the transaction.
International orders may be subject to customs taxes or delays while going through customs. Unfortunately, these are beyond our control and the recipient of the order will be responsible for these charges.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase therefore if for whatever reason you are not, you can post it back to us within 28 days of you receiving it and we will give you an exchange or refund. If 28 days have gone by since receipt of your goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged.
Please contact us prior to sending your item to let us know of your intention and to receive returns instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings and items engraved or personalised unless they are faulty or damaged.
The cost and responsibility of returning the item is yours. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A prompt refund will be issued and the original purchase card will be credited with the original price. Any refund amount will be less the original delivery charge unless your item is faulty or damaged
Faulty / Damaged Goods
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If the damage is only apparent upon opening please contact us as soon as possible, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund.
